Exchange and Return Policy Cool Car Store

To ensure customer satisfaction, Cool Car has established a clear exchange and return policy to protect the rights of all parties involved.

First: Exchange and Return Period Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Second: Return Terms

  1. Products must be:
  • Unused.
  • Not installed.
  • In their original condition.
  • Within the original packaging with all included accessories.
  1. The original purchase invoice must be attached.
  2. The product is subject to inspection before approval.
  3. If it is proven that the product has been used or installed, the request will be rejected.
  4. The customer bears the shipping costs unless the error is from the store.
  5. Returns do not include:
  • Electrical and electronic parts after opening or use.
  • Products that have been installed and cannot be returned to their original state.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Installment transactions after approval by the service provider.

Third: Exchange Terms

  1. Customers have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. The part must be in its original condition and not installed.
  3. In case of a selection error by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs for both ways.
  4. In case of an error by the store (wrong part or manufacturing defect), the store bears all costs.
  5. Exchange is not permitted after installation, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
