Order Cancellation Policy Cool Car Store

I. Cancellation after shipping: If an order is canceled after being handed over to the courier, actual shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

II. Failure to receive the shipment: If a shipment is not received for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, wrong phone number, no response, or refusal to accept), the shipping fees determined by the courier will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded to the customer.

III. Cancellation by the store: Cool Car store reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full amount in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock.
• There is an error or defect in the order.
• Removing an unavailable product from the order and shipping the rest, while refunding the value of the removed product.

Refund Mechanism: Refunds are processed within 4 to 7 business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method.
