Exchange and Return Policy

At Cool Car, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction by offering clear and flexible exchange and return policies.

Exchange and Return Period: You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, and all accessories included.
  • Products damaged or used in a way that affects their quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical and electronic auto parts after use or if the packaging is opened.
  • Products that have been installed in the vehicle and cannot be restored to their original condition.

Exchange and Return Steps:

  1. Contact our customer service or email us with your order number and product details.
  2. We will review your request to ensure it meets our conditions.
  3. Once approved, the product must be sent to our specified store address.

After Receiving and Inspecting the Product:

  • For Returns: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • For Exchanges: The replacement product will be shipped using the original shipping method.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns, unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the store will cover all shipping costs.

Cancellation and Non-Receipt Policy:

  • Cancellation after shipping: If an order is canceled after being handed over to the courier, shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Failure to receive the shipment: If a shipment is not received for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, wrong phone number, or no response), the shipping fees will be deducted.
  • Cancellation by the store: We reserve the right to cancel an order (or part of it) in case of product unavailability, order errors, or if a product is removed from the order, with the corresponding amount refunded to the customer.

Refund Procedures: Refunds are processed within 4 to 7 business days.
