Exchange and Return Policy Cool Car Store
To ensure customer satisfaction, Cool Car has established a clear exchange and return policy to protect the rights of all parties involved.
First: Exchange and Return Period Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Second: Return Terms
- Products must be:
- Unused.
- Not installed.
- In their original condition.
- Within the original packaging with all included accessories.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached.
- The product is subject to inspection before approval.
- If it is proven that the product has been used or installed, the request will be rejected.
- The customer bears the shipping costs unless the error is from the store.
- Returns do not include:
- Electrical and electronic parts after opening or use.
- Products that have been installed and cannot be returned to their original state.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Installment transactions after approval by the service provider.
Third: Exchange Terms
- Customers have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The part must be in its original condition and not installed.
- In case of a selection error by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs for both ways.
- In case of an error by the store (wrong part or manufacturing defect), the store bears all costs.
- Exchange is not permitted after installation, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
